Staff Bios

Practice Administrator: Paulette Tressler



Alex graduated in 2013 as a medical assistant, then returned to school in the fall of 2014 to study medical office administration. She originally started at Progressive Pediatrics as an intern in March 2015 in the billing department. She then became a part of our staff in April of 2015 and was promoted to front desk. She loves working at Progressive Pediatrics and always strives to make each patient's experience the best it can be. She is also the mother of four handsome boys.



Charmaine has been in the medical field since 2004.  She started  in pain managerment/surgery center for five years until she moved into pulmonology. Charmaine joined Progressive Pediatrics in January 2014. She has plenty of experience with kids as her mother has a licensed daycare. Charmaine is married and has one daughter.



Cynthia moved from New York to Jacksonville in 2001. She graduated from a billing and coding program in October 2012 and started working at Progressive Pediatrics in December of the same year. She loves being part of the Progressive Pediatrics Family. Cynthia is married and is a mother of three handsome boys.



Dayna was part of our team a few years ago and has happily returned after her move back to Jacksonville. She enjoys working here due to her love of working in pediatrics and her interest in holistic medicine. She was born in San Diego, California, but has been living in Jacksonville since she was six years old. She is very passionate about working in the medical field and plans to further her studies for either nursing or P.A. She is the mother of 3 amazing and handsome boys and enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family.



Jennifer was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and just moved to Jacksonville a few years ago. She has been a Medical Assistant since 2010 and joined the Progressive Pediatrics family in July of 2015. She loves getting to know each of her patients! Jennifer also has a wonderful husband and three beautiful daughters.






Shawnetta has been in the medical field since 2006 and most of those years have been dedicated to pediatrics. She joined Progressive Pediatrics family in January 2011, and she says it has been one of the best working experiences she has had. She is a Jacksonville native with two beautiful daughters and one very handsome son.
